1. Booking and payment

A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due 60 days before departure. All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

2. Cancellation policy

• More than 60 days before departure: full refund minus $200 administrative fee
• 30-60 days before departure: 50% refund
• Less than 30 days before departure: no refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances.

3. Participant requirements

All participants must be in good health and have a reasonable level of fitness for the chosen adventure. Some trips have minimum age requirements (typically 16 or 18). Please check individual trip pages for details.

4. Liability

Adventure travel involves inherent risks. By booking with us, you acknowledge these risks and agree to follow all safety instructions from our guides. Trekcruise is not liable for injuries, loss, or damage that may occur during your trip.

5. Changes to itineraries

We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to weather, safety concerns, or other unforeseen circumstances. We will always do our best to provide an equivalent experience.
